UPDATED - 26th March 2020
On the 16th of March, the Trustees of the Sleaford Little Theatre took the decision to close the theatre following a government directive for a minimum period of 12 weeks.
Due to the closure, we have been forced to cancel both our March and May productions and all external acts during the 12 week period. We have also had to cancel all classes of the Sleaford Little Theatre Academy, the planned launch of our cinema and all adult workshops.
Those of you that have booked tickets for any of the events will need to obtain a refund in one of two ways.
Tickets purchased via TicketSource (online and phone)
Your tickets for cancelled events will be automatically refunded. Due to an unprecedented demand for refunds, TicketSource may take longer than normal to process your request. Customer refunds will then take up to 14 days to appear back on customers' cards.
Tickets purchased from our Box Office (Animal Magic)
If you purchased your tickets from our box office you will find a refund booking form on this page which will give you details of how to receive a refund. A notice will be placed on our notice board and at Animal Magic for those without internet access.
Please note that refunds may take a couple of weeks due to Internet banking issues
We would hope that both of these processes will be self-explanatory. We have limited resources to deal with any communications & processing of refunds, but if you have been unable to obtain a refund having followed the procedures outlined above, then, by all means, contact the chairman, [email protected], who will attempt to resolve any difficulties you may be experiencing.
As you can imagine the trustees of Sleaford Little Theatre have a lot of work ahead and we appreciate your patience while we are going through what are extraordinary times. We will be attempting to continue with our selected programme of productions later in the year and we hope that we have a sensible approach to achieve this. We have not experienced anything like this during our lifetimes and will be reviewing the situation at regular intervals, even after the 12 weeks isolation period.
The AGM which was planned for May will also be postponed as well as the monthly face to face trustee meetings. The trustees will be doing their utmost to ensure the everyday running of the theatre remotely.
We have no idea how this pandemic may progress and will be doing all we can to protect our audiences and volunteers throughout these troubling times. Thank you for your patience at this very trying time.

We do understand that this can be a worrying time so would like to thank our customers for their continued support. Take care, keep well and we look forward to a post-pandemic future when we can welcome you all back to Sleaford's Georgian Gem.
