In order to treat all our customers fairly and equally, Sleaford Little Theatre has adopted the following policies for ticket refunds. These policies are broadly in line with most theatre box office policies.
All tickets sold online or via the telephone through TicketSource and through our Box Office (Dee's Gifts) are non-refundable. In the event of a show being cancelled all ticket holders will be reimbursed excluding any booking fees.
We operate a re-sale policy which we are prepared to offer, providing customers understand the following terms:
- Customers accept that there is no guarantee of the re-sale of any or all tickets returned.
- Customers accept that tickets may be sold at a lesser face value than originally paid.
- We cannot attempt to resell any tickets unless our allocation of tickets for an event has been fulfilled - i.e. the event is sold out.
